I handed Isabela over to the Qunari myself. She deserves whatever she will get. I think the attack on the city by the Arishok was very much justified. But then again, in my opinion, the horrible city that is Kirkwall should burn to the ground, so You have violated the law! Pay the court a fine or serve your sentence! You can kinda see it as hit first before got hit. When it's obvious that doing nothing could get you hurt, I think it's completely just. Kirkwall failed to protect Qunari as immigrants and what would make them succeed when riot break out for whatever more reason in the future, while you can't guarantee if Isabela is going to comeback or not. They can't leave because of Isabela even if they wanted to.
I think waging war against an oppressive rule can also be justified. I don't think the Viscount deserves what he got, but if it was necessary to bring the city morale down, in wars everything goes. My first playthrough, I romance Isabela and was hoping to see her develop as a character. So kill Arishok and defended her. But on my second, screw her, leave, God bless you and take her. Would be nice if you can kill Meredith and Orsino also on your way out.
