After it became apparent that Starbucks did not wish to press charges for trespassing, police released the men. If you want to blame somebody in this scenario, blame the Starbucks employee who told police the me. FWIW, when I was selling art on the sidewalk, I used to use a Starbucks bathroom where I almost never bought anything, and they never threw me out of the Starbucks.
